Last night I caught a bit of the 'news' on BBC24 hour and was gobsmacked that they were touting that vitamins could kill people!!
Now I know the BBC are completely biased and in the pockets of Big Pharma but I think this is bordering on the ridiculous now.
I wrote a blog the night before on this (hmm maybe my psychic powers are starting to work) and have added to it since seeing the 'news'. I also added a link to the Great Pat Rattigans site which he just pointed out to me. Thanx Pat!

I just noticed a neigbour of mine has a poster in her window promoting the Race For Life. It's a cancer research scam of epic proportions. Many of the people who run have lost loved ones and are deeply emotionally involved with making money to 'find a cure'. How do I inform people like this that they are being duped without offending them? I've thought about printing out some of my favourite articles and posting them anonymously through their letterbox. Good idea?
