I am finding some difficulties and separations within certain aspects of this movement that make me desire creating a broader network. Not to mention I have no interest pursuing matters that are not of this level of credibility and impact. I am calling upon Scientists, Doctors, Authors, Journalists, and any other professionals, and or people that I can help promote within this Challenge and others. A Place where all groups can merge. And all Professionals can have a voice.

Something for everyone and the manifestation of a strong movement that can actually get more things done. With my skills of organizing, coordinating, branding and marketing...along with just plain getting along and communicating with all levels of professionals I strongly believe this should be of great interest to all of you and your colleague's.

I would like to express the fact that in this group I am definitely one person that has the time to do this... and will be happy to be a spokesperson in awareness of this organization as far as putting the name out there and speaking of its purpose you will be responsible for its credibility by being a part of it. Not to mention my being your own personal publicist. Of course I will need your participation in providing your work and your information or providing me with an internet source where I can acquire this information.. I will make it shine and function cohesively within the Coalition. I will give it the Image that we have all been waiting for, one that can attract a broader range of credible yet questioning professionals. One also that professionals in fear will not be afraid to be connected with. One that can also lend extra status to the accused and ostracized of scientific standing that have called these paradigms into question. I will create the environment to get your books sold. I will find the media to get your point across. This will also be a one stop shop for all matters of this element.

Unquestionable in its completeness. I'm exhausted from digging up the sources to compelling information and studies from statements I find at many sources. It will all be here. Your research and mine. I have yet to be unable to find a study at the NIH or other such widely accepted entity that did not add mainstream validity to every aspect in question by this movement.

And believe me. I have thus far achieved everything I have set my mind to and some of these feats have been deemed impossible.

This will also allow us a broader media presence and once the organization establishes its respect and credibility I would like to slowly introduce interesting challenges we have faced along the way. Hopefully managing to brainstorm a concept that will allow these entrenched entities to change their opinions. As this I believe is the only way.

Can I find a place for us in Washington? It all depends on your support and how we go about it. Washington is the Ultimate Goal but we must start somewhere... And it is all in the approach. Here is my proposal:

Please forward this proposal to any and all who may find this of interest. Submit your information and watch it turn into an organization to be reckoned/reconciled with.

There will be 5 slots available to those with Expertise in 5 different fields of Science, Medicine, Health or Research to be listed as Founders... Subjects of Expertise you can expound on... HIV/AIDS, Genetically Modified Foods, Vaccinations, Psychological situations and pharmaceuticals, Consumer products, and any other pertinent fields of medicine or consumption currently compromised.

There will also be two seats available to an accountant and attorney. This Organization lending further credibility to their endeavors along these lines. Giving them connections and affiliations with major cases that can promote their name. Generating business for the attorney and payment to the accountant once the organization has its footing.

I would like to use this site to build a powerful case against the FDA someday if anyone is so interested when the testimonial area develops into strong testimony.
As the true issue is the lack of the FDA to properly do its job, either because o overload or personal interests.

My only need at this time from these two individuals are help with Non Profit Status and managing an extremely organized financial plan. Basically you keep it filed. Everything will be neatly accounted for, all receipts and billings in order, paid on time and often early.

This organization will be calling for Professionals. Scientists, Doctors, Researchers, Authors, Business owners... Anyone with some form of education, participation, credentials, and/or professional standing in any field that can correlate with Scientific Integrity and Debate. There will be something for everyone here.

I will also be seeking accredited actors, screenwriters, musicians... etc (I personally feel someone of the Caliber of Michael Chrichton for example would find incredible interest in such an entity how many of you are aware that he holds a medical degree from Harvard and tends to challenge many of these paradigms?) to help promote this organization and movement as even though this org. will be of serious scientific perspective its impact has the ability to profoundly affect all people on this planet in an immensely needed and beneficial way particularly in regards to health matters. If I cannot entice them on the surface I should like to invite them to receive awards for service. (Once finances permit)

(eg.You have been nominated by The International Coalition for Scientific Integrity and Debate to receive an Outstanding Achievement Award for services rendered to the International Community through your scientific, political and or creative endeavors to be held this February)

This would also be an annual conference for those involved to gather together and discuss issues. Invite the newly converted. Explore varying hypothesis. Invite Policy Makers. Etc. I can easily facilitate such a thing given that our finances permit. Which I plan to ensure.

Each Member will have their own bio/cv page with professional photo etc. Content of choice... Link to all works... and links for any and all items available for sale.

Once this is completed which I would like to guestimate with everyone's participation (emailing me needed information and having enough individuals involved) can have its foundation laid within the next month... Its presence known within 6... and its unstoppable force felt within a year. (A new democratic administration will also facilitate this)

Our PR Focus is:
Professionals, Intellectuals, The Politically Active, All races and actually just about any group that will move this movement to further action. Any group that will give this subject air time and a credible voice... Any demographic that could help fund our motivations.

This needs to be an all out affront... One that does not waiver. One willing to reach out to everyone. I have time, energy, and an unwaivering motivation. I have enough energy that I seem to inspire and motivate others... Call me the Obama of this movement if you wish... cause "I'm fired up" and "Its time for change"

I have a personal endeavor here also. This matter pervades so many aspects of my life... I have three children that my strength, concern, and activism are driven to protect. Not to mention my own personal health that I have had to fight to protect from mainstream medicine and concepts that thus far have been absolutely untruthful along with dangerous treatments that have been absolutely unnecessary and would have destroyed my medical miracle status. Which I was informed of only after 6 months of fighting to refuse... and refusing dangerous unproven treatments.

I have watched many profitable paradigms across many genres of health kill/damage people again and again. Has logic been totally removed from science and medicine? Many Scientists receiving this proposal know the truth and the consequences.

Suffering a heart attack/stroke from arthritis medications... Can you believe in an effort to gain more function in one hand people became paralyzed completely on their left side or died of a heart attack.

No one knows the level of corruption in our food and how much it truly correlates to many of the health problems the public faces.

The FDA has just admitted that mercury in vaccinations has been proven detrimental. Yet NY is still trying to enforce mandatory vaccines.

All the school shootings have been linked to young people prescribed dangerous psychotropic drugs... many being suicidal if not simply hallucinating from these pharmaceuticals.

Can nothing really be done? That is a blatant cop out that I refuse to succumb to.

We have entire generations of poisoned individuals on their death beds... Our friends, Our Family members, who's next? There must be something we can do. I am determined! Cause if something is not done... Our children and grandchildren are next and life expectancy will continue to deteriorate into slow miserable deaths. At least once upon a time when we didn't live as long supposedly... we dropped dead in a field after a full life. I'll gladly take that in exchange for a decade trying to stay alive miserably any day.

I wish to create provocative, professional, intelligent, un-challenging and sophisticated campaigns for all focus groups... I have already found a radio station willing to advertise these topics as frequently as we would like and can afford. I wish to find as many forms of media I possibly can to get this subject out to the biggest audience I can as often as I can. Hence why I am requesting many individuals so we don't have a select few exhausted by my consistent actions!

For example I have lined up an AD campaign on a nationwide syndicated radio show... A 60 second public service announcement aired everyday at drive time desert/mountain time on a nationally recognized talk radio show would cost 1200 dollars... which could have us reaching thousands if not millions everyday! I will work steadily toward this goal... and am also exploring creating our own radio station dedicated to these matters.

Not to mention plugging our web presence while we are at it. Which will be individually plugging your own personal endeavors.

I think we should be motivated to inform "everyone" of the fine line between their normal life and these earth shattering experiences. Particularly those of social and economic standing. Once this demographic is on board the rest will follow and or be protected.

I also personally feel that pronouncing the fact that the mainstream has evaded debate on these subjects is something that largely needs to be plugged to death... To me despite all the other physical evidence I have accumulated that proves all the varying degrees of misinformation and corruption within these paradigms... most people without medical background can even understand... To me that evasion is an undeniable fact that strongly implies guilt in the current establishment, one that anyone can grasp. Shout it from every edge of media so that they will remain suspect until they sit down with these scientists and either open their minds or prove us wrong... (Which I believe if they could... would have been done publicly a long time ago)

And despite all my knowledge and research that is one essential component that when I began in this movement kept me driven and exploring. Its one aspect that no one can answer. When someone slams my view... I ask simply... Tell me then... if Kevin Trudeau can be sued for 2 million and shut down for claiming diet can cure obesity why have they not challenged one single soul in this movement besides with refusing them funding to research the matter, refusing to publish their papers that provide scientific evidence of inconsistencies, and when they are published they must state that they are not challenging the paradigm. How do the myriad of books published questioning the paradigm exist... and tell me if they could physically prove them wrong don't you think they would have by now? Instead they evade the topic completely. Outside of random slanderous remarks with no physical scientific evidence beyond statement.

I am a qualified, promoter, marketer, designer, researcher, and you really would be shocked at how much I am capable of organizing and getting done.

If you know anyone who would like to be a part of this action and these motivations... Please send them an invite or have them contact me by email or phone... and I will be happy to further elaborate on my ideas and directions with this movement.

If they won't debate us... We will make it impossible for them to ignore any longer. We will incite people to ask questions, be informed, advocate for themselves and demand proof. In the process quite possibly reclaiming our health rights.

Maybe I am a dreamer... but I have achieved every dream this far that I have set my mind to so why should I stop now. Particularly with an issue that permeates so many peoples lives.

Remember Columbus is remembered for proving the world is round. No one is remembered for entrenching the theory that the world is flat.

His epic voyage of discovery was one of the crucial steps in mankind's throwing off the superstitions of the dark ages."

May this inspire us on this arduous journey of discovery.

Though this theory was initiated in Ancient Greece by great philosophers such as Aristotle, it took ages before this belief was finally facilitated, initiated, and proven.

There are already so many other initiatives out there. The big problem for the Health Freedoom movement is that all these 1000s of "one gay/gal with a website" on a shoestring budget won't make a breakthrough in the public debate. We need to concentrate our efforts and become more professional. I would say it is better to support the NHF and/or the ANH than to start yet another blog or organisation. However, I do agree that PR is important to make a breakthrough in public opinion, but in that case it should be handled by an organisation that can rasie a significant budget.

This was inspired mostly by the problems with HIV/AIDS and my frutraton being a researcher of all issues... I personally feel the problem with all those websites is they don't usually represent a unified front. Also as a I researcher I get so frustrated having to look up people to see if they are actually credible... I also notice with some paradigms you have to dig for the books... Not to mention with the corruption in science I think the only way to truly restore it is for researchers of all realms to stand together... In my research I have found many studies contrary to popular belief particularly studies on mothers HIV pos breastfeeding and they state "despite our findings we are not critisizing the safety and effectiveness of treatment we are stating that there is definitely a serious need for more review"

Despite the fact that there are about 90 research articles that speak of the dangers of ARVS in pregnancy on the same source. (NIH)

I feel that if we are to change things... If we are to convince people that these people are credible... We need to have it all in one place.. Despite all the differnet orgs out there my goal is to compile them together and to market them effeciently... (also giving these researchers, doctors, science, more ability to take there information further) I have already made strong pr strides in finding good venues for people... (where you can call in and not fly) so that people from all over the world can call and be interviewed on a nationwide syndacation across america,,, some with thousands, some with millions of listeners... This site will also help me to do more effecient pr... as My actions can have a long list of topics and subjects at these media venues disposal and they can go to one spot to research the people and the topic... with these peoples research available along with research from the mainstream (much harder to find) that validates what they speak of. Not to mention as a discerning researcher I inititally take everything I hear as a grain of salt until I can further verify... If I can complile all this is one place it will leave less room for individuals to right off the information or challenge it. Making it much easier for the public to grasp and accept.

I also have the ability to add that professional look to make it a staple for this information. I am simply seeking the people to help me make this a reality with many perks that should also make it financially beneficial for them.

Dear Jessica,

I am not a scientist or medically qualified in any way. I run a health shop in a tiny town in the far west of Ireland and I have almost completed my training as an Applied Kinesiologist. I share your views and I think your idea is fantastic. I was just saying to Erica Murray the other day that we, all of us who are trying in our own small way to stand up to the pharmaceutical indistries, the medical profession, political interests and who are trying to educate people we meet in daily life, should have some form of recognised, international forum. Synchronisity of some kind, because you pop up with my vague idea/wish in sharp focus.

I am worried about the future of health care. The stories I hear from customers in the shop and from my kinesiology clients are inexcusable! but people are in fear that if they do not obey their doctors they will get worse or die. My mother is 72, healthy and fit, not on any medication but not getting any younger and I know that I will have to fight the medical profession and my sister (who is very orthodox and conservative) should my mother need any medical care in the future. I am very worried for my two daughters and their future children. The medicalisation of child birth and pregnancy is already totally invasive - what will it be like in years to come and what will happen when they say they don't want their children to be vaccinated, as they weren't? We are moving into a "brave new world" which is not going to be very nice unless more people start to get angry and demand their rights.

So what I am saying is that I would like to suppport you in any way that I can although I am not a scientist and in my business only have a very small clientele.

I will definitely have to Clarify that in my proposal... Any and all support is greatly appreciated. I have just phoned "The Center for Food Safety." (the future of food) Whether or not they are interested in the Coalition, I still wish to add them under the PR movement... Particularly with the Tomatoes right now... I think it is opportune time to get these people out to the public and take it one step beyond. I am currently watching the medical industry destroy my step dad... in 3 weeks he has gone from mild discomfort to being on his death bed... with every treatment he gets worse and worse. I can't watch anymore... It is time for action.

Dear Jasaka;
It is not clear to me what specific goals you seek. However maybe I can persuade you toward one public and legislative relations circumstance that I have a strong feeling about is that I feel a tax should be levied on any food that has known poisons added such as aluminum, aspartame, fluoride, sulfite, and etc. or essential nutrients subtracted. The reason my feelings are strong is that I am certain this would cause a dramatic improvement in our country’s health when processors corrected the situation or, if not, when less of it was purchased.
We talk endlessly about better health insurance. Insurance is a marvelous invention, but there is no excellent substitute for not getting sick in the first place. In any case, if everyone is healthy, the insurance premiums will go away down as a side effect no matter how they are instituted. With the extra money we could then start to pay down that miserable national debt and with the extra time enjoy ourselves.
I am sorry I can not contribute some money to your project, but I have no income at present.

The goals are quite broad and extensive... And yes your idea will fit very well within it. Though my goal will be to properly expose and hopefully remove those items completely. Getting Rumsfield out of the white house is going to help that alot as you will find he lobbied and supported many of those items.

A more distinct plan of my goals will be sent out to those who have expressed interest once we are closer to making it a reality. This proposal is a rough draft... and all ideas will be considered and implemented.

I am just calling out to those who would like to be a part... seeing what kind of commitment people can make and then from there I will start taking actions...

The main goal is to organize all these subjects together, along with all the evidence, and professionals involved. To make these efforts more of a unified and international presence... As one lone voice can only do so much and is easily drowned out... but a massive choir is impossible to ignore... and alot more difficult to discourage, critisize, and bully. Which many of these lone voices have faced. It is a process that will be implemented over time...

The First Process...

1: Gather Individuals
2: Branding and Web Presence
3: Get as many professionals as possible out into the mainstream media
4: Public Service Announcements
5: Seek out representatives already in the mainstream (authors, actors, musicians)

Basically use their own process to defeat them. Let truth bury propoganda.

------------------------------------- OFF TOPIC INSURANCE CONCERNS
As for insurance it only feeds this monstrosity to be honest. It is also resposible for the inflation in healthcare costs as they have to inflate the costs to get their monies worth from the insurance company. As someone who has recieved both corporate insurance, and government aid insurance... there is a distinct difference in the approach to both. On Corporate they treat my immediate issues and send me on my way... Knowing that corporate insurance is far more greedy in how they delegate funds.... On government insurance its almost as though they milk it for every penny they can. Running unecessary tests, sending you to numerous other specialists, more agressive all around. This is also likely because when a professional accepts medicaid they only get a percentage of the payment and therefore must work harder to get their monies worth. Though Government aid is also getting more scrutinous now...

Now we are finding many professionals do not appreciate this federal regulation and therfore refuse to accept this insurance. After a while on government insurance I basically decided to start paying for my healthcare and seeking alternative health care... as the process under government insurance was so intrusive and abusive. You are more likely to have a social services agency at your door if you disagree with your healthcare provider on government insurance than if you pay yourself. (And the treatment protocols are seemingly more dangerous and vigorous also)

When you pay yourself you have a much better doctor patient relationship... they generally appreciate and accept your concerns and opinions more... they always give you freedom of choice. Are more clear in informing you of the dangers. On governement insurance it is almost as though they figure you are poor and uneducated what do you know.

I sometimes clearly feel that insurance can be a danger to your health also. You are more likely to be subjected to things that are unecessary on insurance... than on a budget with a provider that truly cares. I always felt the story "girl interupted" was a prime example of insurance manipulation... as she was a seemingly normal teenage girl in my eyes. Her institutionalization is what made her believe she could be crazy.

As long as our health is a for profit industry we are all in danger.

And yes that is where my health insurance is... Insuring that I do not get sick by being healthy. Watching what I eat, putting no poisonous additives, and preservatives in my body... My children are never ill because of this. Preventative medicine is really where alot of health should focus... but just like natural remedies... it is not terribly profitable. Which is also why these poisons exist and are supported by individuals with numerous pharma ties.

Money is not a pre-requisite for this organization... though I will need people who can donate to help implement it. I am largely targeting professionals... but there is a place for all concerned individuals. I will ensure that. And if you are moved by this... do not feel that you are excluded because of finances.

Thank you for your work in summarizing your idea for an initiative. I agree with comments given to you by others and I am glad you have opened this up for feedback.

I am an attorney in the US and have done a lot of thinking about creating a presence of unity. The organization that I work for, National Health Freedom Coalition, as Director of Law and Public Policy, hosted a World Health Freedom Assembly in 2006 here in Minnesota, and in 2007 we hosted a United States Health Freedom Assembly, both of which were conducted in a formal setting in the Round with voting members. The international participants were organizations and there were 12 voting organizations and 27 advisory organizations present and the public. Eighteen international organizations working for health freedom were invited originally. If you go to our website at www.nationalhealthfreedom.org, you can see the International Declaration of Health Freedom that was drafted and endorsed by the group during the Assembly days. The World Health Freedom Assembly met by telephone monthly and I am the coordinator of the calls and I have been so swamped I have not gotten one together for a few months. But it is a very good feeling to be talking together with world leaders. In addition, we plan to reconvene the US Assembly which was 30 organzations this fall we hope and we are in the process of finalizing the decision and finding sponsors.

As an attorney I value the written word and how it impacts our everyday lives so legal reform goes hand in hand with pubic policy reform. My former training is Chemistry, Hemotology, and Immunology, with a Medical Technology degree. I think that the scientific debate and the discussions about risk analysis of drugs and of natural substances and the development of scientific criteria for prohibiting access to substances or practitioners or promoting or prohibiting the use of particular treatments are extremely important. But also I think that whether or not the scientific debate wins or loses, the legal and human rights issues of access to mother earth and any thing or person or relationship that an individual wishes to maintain their health and survival is a core issue that our organization addresses.

NHFC helps small local groups get started in states. Our sister organization, National Health Freedom Action also lobbies, consult on drafting, and brainstorm to increase the credibility and voice of the health freedom movement. We encourage leaders to meet each other and we encourage credible peope to develop their own leadership roles in the movement.

It is wonderful to read your writings and I will keep watching and listening and giving feedback. I too want a strong, credibe, unified voice for survival.

Thanks so very much for your input... It is greatly appreciated... Please let me know if I can ad you or any representatives to a list of professionals I am compiling for media appearances... (largely progressive talk radio) As I believe a major stride is educating the public as consistently as possible is needed particularly with this vital election ahead of us.

Yes if the FDA did its job... and the dangers werent so prominant... It would be wonderful to be able to trust the professionals and the mainstream health industry but I have lost that trust... I feel that with the core science corrupted along with the regulation agencies... its impossible to know what to trust. Not to mention the fact that we are losing our right to choose how we deal with our health. I have seen some pretty heavy aspects of this... I should be able to choose what is and isn't dangerous to my child... particularly when I am being told that the drugs are not proven... To then be threatened with losing a child with no health issues for refusing an dangerous unproven treatment that was absolutely unecessary is horrendous. Particularly now finding the inherent dangers that have now been discovered in children exposed to these drugs in utero.

It is time to take action... Please let me know if I may be of assistance to you and your endeavors in the meantime. I am a potent researcher amongst other things.

The conventional medical research money trails are horrendous, and the way that those financial decisions in the name of "science" affect the common person's daily life are at the core of many people not surviving, and many people suffering at the hands of toxic substances. To establish conventional medicine as the mandate is to live in a world of a medical police state. When protecting your child from harmful toxic substances becomes child neglect or abuse, we know that the species is in danger. Many people are exploring options, and many practitioners are out on a limb using age old wisdom and common sense. Many of these practitioners are systematically being gagged and shut down. Many of the substance and food laws are being changed to prohibit access to natural healing products and only allow access to approved drugs on the market. Protecting the rights of these practitioners to speak their truth, and protecting our access to substances of natural origin is essential. If all food and natural substances are regulated out of existance, and we only have access to toxic substances, drugs, and patented food, we will not survive. If the only people providing health care or allowed to advise and speak about health are those people using and promoting drugs and toxic substances, then we will die at their hands.

The concepts of health freedom must be inserted into the laws of all countries to protect human access to the natural wisdoms of healing.
